NO it won't People won't open businesses where section 8 housing Inbreds are moving in droves

It is hard to keep folks from buying buildings. Please donate your money to purchase these buildings. Once Vince gets them - we all know he will turn them into Section 8, that is what he does. Can't stop him from buying. DWNI has grant money for the park, can't use it for other things. They are working closely with MVI on doing some nice housing and cleaning up 2nd Street.
