Golden Coral doesn't want it to happen because of Ryans.... would make no sense to have 2 buffets in such a small town...

What makes sense to the community would be to have options. i like ryans but on a weekend you cant hardly get a table. there is enough business to have 2 without really hurting one another. if customers cant get in to eat, that is money lost too

They don't have the funding. Having two buffet restraint wouldn't be an issue we have two Mexican restraunts across the parking lot from each other.

I know how to spell, quite well actually. It's a question of how much attention I'm paying to what I'm typing and my autocorrect wants it to be. I mean let's be real here why should I have to prove how smart I am to some ignorant fool on topix who goes spelling..or well grammar/English language Nazi.. Nobody gives a f*ck online. Smdh can you go back to the point the original post was about now?!?!? Or go find the threads with people talking like dis lyke omg blah-di-f*cking-blah. And bitch to them.

Okay. I think that "restaurant" is most misspelled word in this area. Restraint and restraunt really? I get the first maybe as auto correct, but the second isn't even a word. And you sound like an idiot. So continue sitting in your filthy trailer, drooling over the idea of another buffet you can waddle your fat a s s to.

I don't know, but does anyone else out there wonder how people can afford to run to all the eateries [don't want to fight with the English teacher]? I'm just barely dscraping by on the Obama plan myself, and I'm not afraid to turn on the stove.

Now I don't care how others spend their money. After all, it isn't any of my business. And I do understand that people like to get out here and there. But I can't understand how people do it.

Several weeks ago my sister and I went over to Bob Blevins. It was nearly $15.00 for a turkey dinner! My God I could have spent $15.00 more and cooked a turkey at home to feed half of Pocahontas!

I see families going in and out of these places..well I just wonder. Do you?

I hope so. Golden Coral has higher standards. I just don't know if Bluefield has enough population to keep 6000 people eating there weekly....that is their standard according to their PR spokesman.

Please, Curious, be careful. The English teacher [Wondering] shall remind you that the correct pronoun is we - not us. As in, "We, in Bluefield, call it Bob Evans."

And I do know it's Evans, but it's a family funny...We knew, at one time, a Bob Blevins, and every time we see that place we think of him. Nice fellow he was.

As for the Coral, well hell honey, bring it on. I'm just wondering out loud about all those 6000 people's pocketbooks!

Curious, I wish you, and everyone, a blessed Thanksgiving.
