interesting as how the person above has no problem slandering others but doesn't print their own real name. Lots of negative, emotional comments and no fear of repercussions as they know the persons named and the company cannot comment or defend themselves due to confidentiality laws. what a shame this society has come to.

I used to work for MDM Rubicon and the company is good. I now live out of state and work for another company. I miss MDM. They treat their clients very well. They investigate and report all issues even if the client is known for making things up. Noone can work there without a back ground check. If somthing gets reported, they report it to the county so others can also investigate. SPicy is looking for drama. SPicy is probably a friend of the person who did this. why else would spicy not agree with the first comment of max sentence and in humane? humm so obvious he or she is trying to cause problems for my old employer. 99.9% of people in the field are there becase they care for people. Its not like the pay is great with all the budget cuts in that state. Too bad some have to spoil it for the rest.

Get a life spicy. Focus on the poor consumer who was violated and the piece of crap that belongs in jail

@caregiver..why would u say spicy is a friend of an offender? I just think the company has a lot to hide and they are pretending to be different people. I ve done my research and current employees there have nothing good to say about mdm rubicon....i think caregiver needs to get a life and move on..cuz i dnt see how u re out of state but u in touch with this company...public something doesnt seem right with the above caregiver and mdm rubicon..... do u research...our elders say " when old bones are mentioned, an old woman becomes uneasy" lol

Its too bad that anytime somthing happens at a caregiving facility, rather then blaming the the person that did it, some ignarant people blame the facility. These places are always under scrutiny nomatter what comany it is. If the company was trying to hide it, why would they be the very ones who reported it????? Makes no sence. The situation spicy reported in earlier post was proven 100% to be false, and. Was also reported by the facility itself. Get the facts before you start slandering.... I'm sure not everyone always likes their job but I bet for everyone one person that doesn't, you will find 20 that do. It can't be that bad if they choose to remain employed there. Check the job ads, people are always hiring in that line of work. Its a free country. They can quit.

I think that “yvon” and “spicy” are both ignorant. First of all the article is about a young vulnerable adult who lived in a group home with MDM Rubicon that was taken advantage of by one of their staff. Not MDM Rubicon the company. Every company that provides residential services for vulnerable adults or persons with mental illness is required by the state and each county to conduct a thorough background check on each of their employees BEFORE THEY CAN WORK DIRECT CARE. This does not mean the system is fool proof. It is next to impossible for a company to know what each and every persons dark secrets are. If they pass state and county requirements, the company has complied with the laws. It is very unfortunate that this happened to a vulnerable adult, however I personally am very obliged that MDM Rubicon reported this allegation and that this man is going to be punished for this. This man will never be able to work in another caregiving role and he will not be able to hurt another vulnerable adult. This is because of MDM Rubicon.
Furthermore the reason why I believe the two of you are ignorant is because there is a lot of talk about “research done” without the facts to back up your comments (ex: who are these employees that you have talked to? Why don’t you identify your sources if this information is accurate?)or unfounded information and slanderous statements made about employees (and this is unfounded information if there are NO FACTS / PROOF TO BACK IT UP-again where is your proof or facts?) Don’t write it if you aren’t going to prove it.
Lastly it sounds to me like you both have way too much inside information which means you are both likely associated with MDM Rubicon and that would be the reason why you are not giving up the sources or “research” because if you did you would be in violation of confidentiality laws.
I think both of you need to “get a life” and stop trying to denigrate a company that has done nothing wrong. What you are both writing has NOTHING to do with this article.

Sam. Not sure what that would matter but maybe its because no one wants to retire, and maybe because you should look up how long they have been in business. Or why that would have anything to do with an article on someone taking advantage of someone who can't properly defend themselves.

Does anyone know how long the man that did this worked for that company or if he ever worked for other companies? I hope he has never done this to anyone else. At least the buck stops here. Has he worked with people that couldn't speak up and report him? I work in a nursing home and we found out a coworker has been doing this to nonverbal patients for almost a year. So f-ed up!!!!

Mdm hides alot of things. I was a higher up boss there and the things they do. Affairs, employee misconduct, fraud, the list goes on. If the state or washington county can get it together, they would close this place down.
shame on you

Wow ....shame on you for posting that lie. Higher up boss there? Yea right. You wish.
All those accusations makes it so obvious you are just a disgruntled employees making up lies. Just like the person that said the person acused in this article is related to the owners. Anyone could do min research and find so many holes in the lies you are posting. Btw.....its so obviouse who you are. I know your mad because you were fired because of you couldn't do you're job.

Mdm is money hungry. They would cover up.anything to make them look good. I was a higher up Boss there and I QUIT because I would not put up with the non care and only focused on one thing MONEY. Talk to the puppets they call managers. They do whatever the owner wants, she yells at them, and acts like she had mental issues herself. And the regular employees are treated like gold. You will never get fired from there only if is big enough were they would have to pay out money. Employees drink, fight, swear, sleep, steal and still no one does anything.
Now the People defending this terrible establishment is the owner herself. With her crazy "show me the facts" when all she wants is to ensure her money won't stop!
MDM is the pit of group home hell and I'm glad I left when I did!
