Man allegedly climbs through girl's bedroom window, violating restraining order

A 19-year-old Maplewood man who allegedly sneaked through the bedroom window of a 13-year-old White Bear Lake girl was charged with violation of a harassment restraining order.

We don't know that the girl wasn't disciplined by her parents, and it's none of our business anyway. If the 13-yr-old girl left her house of her own accord to go see this tool, he as the adult should have told her to go home & refused to have any further contact with her. If this was situation could've been resolved simply by the parents "reigning in" their daughter, the judge wouldn't have granted the restraining order.

Don't be blaming a 13 year old. This man by definition is an adult. Hanging with a 13 year old seems perverted. A 13 year old girl is going through alot of changes, and with all the media promoting sex all the time, this would peak her curiosity. He had a car, etc. etc. etc....he needs some jail time. She does need some discipline as well, but he is the wrong doer here.
