I'm so heartbroken about Annas death, my daughter knew her, I did not, but I cant imagine the pain brought to her family, I'm so sorry her life was taken in such a cruel way. I can not stop thinking about her, this could be anyones child, so sad and tragic. I hope the animal that did this is caught SOON and is brought to justice. She did not deserve this. RIP Anna, poor sweet beautiful child.

Why didn't her boyfriend, who initially discovered her body in the park and called 911, escort her to her friends house in the early morning hours to make sure she was safe?

Boyfriend's got some explaining to do.

It is so easy for everyone to sit in judgment and state who has "explaining" to do. Anna was an independent young lady who had many friends. Her boyfriend is so distraught he can't hardly hold his head up. They were leaving for Texas the following day as she was moving in with her motherr. He was going with her and he adored her as did she him. It is a horrible tragedy that she died and even more so when we think of how she died. We are all very hopeful that an arrest is imminent. Please.......... don't judge this young man, he has suffered a terrible loss as has our community. We know she is in the Lord's hands and will miss her and mourn her forever. God bless Anna and all those that loved her.
