i really wish the papers would not make it sound like jerry ran a red light....first of all there was a main witness whom mind you was at the scene and happened to be SITTING! yes SITTING at a RED LIGHT, and saw the motorcycle....so if he had a red light how could the motorcycle have a red light also....and he was hit when he was almost threw the intersection which would have also ment he had a green light...the truck driver had to of yeilded....even if jerry ran a YELLOW it takes a few minutes for the opposite green light to turn to a GREEN ARROW....peoplw get your stories straight before you trash a man that lost his life and 4 kids without a father!!!!!!!!!!
