The impressively small amount will not break the bank either. And their client list is impressive as well:
Cargill, Nestle and Gerber. Not bad.

9,000 sg ft in hard times isn't too bad for a 45k 'bribe' either and this may turn out to be much bigger. Way to go. Let's keep putting space back on the tax rolls in downtown St Paul.
