The house of cards are starting to crumble.
This is enough reason alone to fire the City Manager.
I have a list as long as my arm on the things he bungled up in this operation.
I guess that operation just fell off the Government Enterprising list. UP GOES YOUR TAXES!
More back room dealings.
Rossback has a GAY sign up sheet being sent over to hang up on the wall, because it is a very important issue today as we watch the economy spiral into the sun.
ONE MAN...Wally Wysopal and his arrogant minions have ruined this city.
Mayer Kuehn is not even a real player. He is a yes man to- a whip to the rest of the boys and girls get into line.
The problem is... It is going to get so bad that once it hits critical mass, all The BS in the world will not save his job.
I said years ago, this town is not big enough for the two of us after he made a comment to me that is unpardonable and un-American.
In the end I win. And Wally will be sent packing-- goes back to Fridley where he belongs.
Mayor Kuehn should donate his 7000 dollar mayor wages to keep the beach open. He won't though because he really does not know anything about kids, unless you consider he was one and still is..
Never Married and no kids but wants to tell us how to raise our kids and live our lives.
Don't be deluted mr "NO NECK" you won because no one wanted the job and there was no one runing against you. PERIOD.
I think a merger with Maplewood might be beneficial.
Don't bet on JUG head Dayton to bail NSP out with LGA.
You can hardly give away houses so this city is going to be stuck with lowest form of cretins and welfare recepients.
All you that went along for this rid and voted these people in forget getting equity out of your house for your retirement.

"...provide recreational programming to its residents."
Recreational programming? Is that really the governments job?
Talk about your bloat.

Liberals will always bleed any city dry.

The Strib identified Nate E. as the Assistant City Manager, he is an Assistant to the Wally, NOT an Assistant Wally.
Be very clear about that very important distinction. Wally's World has ONE LEADER!
I'd welcome a name change for North Saint Paul to Maplewood. Get rid of the electric utility, get rid of all the department heads, have ONE police force with backup, have Maplewood contribute to policing at North High where Maplewood residents go to school, lower property taxes by 20% as Maplewoods ARE 20% lower, get rid of NSPs elected officials and the HUGE city hall, HUGE utiltiy building, automated meter reading, etc!

By the end of next year-- there will be talks of the two cities.
Let's call it the tale of two Shitys for starts.
At least Maplegaywood have a downtown and Rossback- I didn't mean to shot the dear can walk to work.

Wow, a Strib article listed and accessible from TOPIX! Now that should fit right in with the Mayor Goofy's call for collaboration, not consolidation.
Lose our identity and be swallowed up by Maplewood? Take me Maplewood, I am ready to be gobbled up and to be ruled with an iron fist by Mayor Deerslayer.
When I bought my house 35 years ago, I told my aunt where I had purchased a home. She paused for a few seconds and the replied, "Oh, North St. Paul. That is where you can tell the number of kids in a family by the number of additions made to its tiny homes." I have had this inferiority complex ever since.

So PolarCityManager cannot pass up the opportunity to spend LGA on the PolarCommunityCenter with NO CONSIDERATION of the ongoing cost of staffing.
Now PolarCity is loosing LGA and the PolarCommunityCenter is bleeding to death and cannot be kept open.
So PolarCityManager turns over the keys to the PolarCommunityCenter to Maplewierd for them to run.
So will the Center be named PolarPoacherMaplewierdCommunit yCenter?
Will PolarPolice be allowed in the PolarPoacherMaplewierdCommunit yCenter, remember a PolarPoliceOfficer was observed observing females in the MaplewierdCommunityCenter dressing room.
I just wish PolarPropertyTaxes would be at the same level as Maplewierd, that would be 20% lower than current PolarVille Taxes AND 30% lower than Oakdale.
My friend, 30% lower PolarPropertyTaxes will allow PolarResidents to buy a BRAND NEW CAR.
Is there any question as to why PolarResidents are POOR?

But what about the $75,000.00 spent on the childrens "pong" like exercise equipment?
Can we borrow your check book and start writing check you can't cash?
How did that work out WALLY old boy? You like your name in the paper your pig, but when you cut our throat and bleed us like slaughtered pig that's you get all mortified when people push back and bitchh slap you.
