No business or company in it's right mind would open shop here.

RETAIL is DEAD because of the actions and poor management of the city over the last 15-20 years.

The city is run by inept, total morons.

NO MONEY, NO JOBS, NO TAX BASE.

North St. Paul is a welfare city and is not attractive to any rational investor.

North ST. Paul is like a tumor, a cancer that can be treated only by replacing/cuting loose all the elected officials and firing the city manager.

"Officials estimated the Henry Street project will cost about $610,000. North St. Paul received a $245,000 grant from the state Department of Employment and Economic Development in September to help fund the project. The remainder of the costs will come from city utility funds and tax increment financing."

So cooking and watch TV is paying for COMMERCE PARK and TIF will pay for it way in the future???

What we now need is FIBER OPTICS to run to all the homes so the city can profit on that. Whoops! that failed.
