what a sad day now the two kids who started this crap will be lawyed up and have done this before since one kid was smart enough not to take a test this should be manitory like it is in other states.

rhode island needs to change its drunk driving laws now. 36 cities and downs and we cant do nothing right. we get waht we deserv
