I am not sure how I feel about this ban. I do believe there will be business' lost if it passes and in the economic times we are in do you think it is wise to push for closure of business'? I think smoking should be allowed in gambling establishments as children should not be in them anyway and as adults we have the choice not to frequent the places that alow smoking. Where does it end that some people make our choices for us? Yes second hand smoking is bad I admit that but you also have the choice not to work in those places and you should not have children in bars or casinos. But by causing them to close due to lack of business is not a good sound economic stradegy to my way of thinking. Besides which where will the money come from generated from cigarette sales, a state tax. Think of the big picture here, people should have rights still after all we are in the USA not a country without rights. We start wars in those countries to protect peoples rights, don't we.
