Rising demand for food stamps has convinced the state to pause expansion of a social services computer system blamed for a backlog in food stamp applications.

Funny.... I work a full time job and attend college as a full-time student and unfortunately because of my rate of pay there's no money for food after rent, utilities, tuition, gas for work, daycare etc... don't judge situations you know nothing about. We're not all lazy freeloaders. Get a life and get over yourselves.
