What? Judge Burge not happy with the first set of psychological testing? Now they have to try again and see if they can get an outcome from the testing that may be favorable to the murderer? HMMMMM, NO ONE will accept this guy into their rehab program based on current facts and knowledge and psych assessment, so let's get another psych evaluation and see if that comes out favorable?

They have tried to get this guy into facilities ALL AROUND THE COUNTRY and NOT ONE OF THEM WILL TAKE THIS GUY - gee, wonder why? Because he belongs in jail? No one apparently believes that except for Judge Burge, the defendant, and his family.

Residential treatment programs are for people with mental illness or drug abuse. HMMM... maybe the tests found him negative for those things and Burge wants to see if he may qualify now?killing your abuser and 8 months in solitary confinement might create a little clinical depression. I bet one takes him when his testing is complete......
