If I'm not mistaken, he has already decided to run again. If he takes his campaign half-way seriously this time, I will vote for him.
Yes, he said he will run again. Hopefully his campaign won't have anymore ads featuring animated characters sticking their heads up their asses....though it did make a great point.

There are lots of manufacturing and shipping job opportunities down the line for something like this.
Maybe, just not in Massachusetts. What happens to a biotech company with a promising product? Simple, they get bought up by Merck, Amgen, or dozens of other big drug makers. All Massachusetts might get is a bunch of small labs with a handful of researchers in each of them. College's are already doing that. Did you know that out of the ten largest drug companies three are in NJ, one in NY, one in IN, one in IL, the other four are in Europe. Zero in MA and I don't think that will change anytime soon.

That is rampant in the pharma industry for sure but not so much in the medical device / biotech product industry.

Me too--again.
And let's face it, Deval is going to Washington as soon as Barack wins. Being governor here is impossible for a Republican with veto proof majorities of dems in both houses. But even for a democrat, it's hard when the legislative leaders have more power than you do even though they get maybe 20,000 votes and the gov gets 2,000,000. It's a sad situation all around.

Yes actually. I actually go by Fidel Scaught around the office.
Since I work in the medical field I am elitist? I do what everyone else does. I go to work and pay bills and hope to win the mass millions. Not very elitist. I sit in a cubicle for crying out loud and live in Lowell. How elitist could I be??
I'm not rich. I am comfortable and I don't mind increase in taxes when it goes to things like education and not wasteful government projects (i.e. most government projects)
You are elitist because of your statement that most people wouldn't mind having their taxes raised. especially for things you favor. There is plenty of money spent on the kids education--too many families don't care about making their kids study. The ones that do have their kids go to Harvard.
