Imagine having to go before this city council for anything? What a joke.

And what is Dunkina Donuts? Is that the female version of Dunkin Donuts? Too much Bisphenol-A in the coffee?

Don't worry. After a private meeting with a key councilor or two and an exchange of cash they will approve the ptoject. This town sucks.
