My poor grandmother must be rolling in her grave! She always hated Charlie Mancini, said he was a bleeping crook, but in Italian with all the swear words. Guess taking a pay cut does not apply here.

Funny how the State of RI is so broke, but they found $27 million for a new state police bldg.
