Buell Motor Company Folds

There have been rumors for weeks that Buell would not re-open after the current shut-down. It appears that those rumors are true.

hey buelligans...I remember back in 1984, Harley Davidson is going into bankruptcy due to AMF's inept management. The workers got together & took over the company, turning it into a modern day success story, it's why I bought my first bike, a Softail (It,still in my garage sitting & looking pretty because that,s all it's good for). Eric if you read this...come on guys, don,t let Americas best motorcycle & your dreams end in the corporate board room & Willie G,s "Design" table. I'm currently riding an 08 Uly, she's the best bike I've ridden!

The HD motor has been the weak spot in Buell motorcycles for years. Hopefully, Erik Buell will get some funding and be free of the dinosaur.
