I hope she serves the full three years and gets herself together, but I have my doubts that there is much hope for her.

You know, if they had shown some remorse, some inkling of right and wrong, I'd say it's a bit harsh. Sadly, some peeps need to learn the hard way they are not entitled.

I'm sure she, her friends and family think this is too harsh, I'd bet it's the only chance to save her life from infinatly more furture pain.

Just another case of Palm Beach uneven justice , in the last month people who killed people got less time I believe one year was their sentence . And in FLL wayne H's son who also killed someone got 8 months . The judge was playing to his TV audience , even though these girls were very unlikeable you should be fair in your sentencing.

We need to clone this judge and put him in every courtroom! He doesn't take any crap and he isn't afraid to do what must be done.

This young woman has an issue that if not dealt with will grow into a much larger problem for society. Hopefully her treatment will be successful and she will stay away from trouble when she is allowed back out.

Lewis Hanna is only angry because he is an awful advocator and his practice will now suffer costing him much money. The teen's mother, Deborah Smith, should have got her act together and been a better parent itís too late for tears. You should have put the kid in the scouts; instead she steals for the scouts. How about the little scout girl you crying for her? Who taught your kid to steal?

The mother is at fault for this too and the darn liberals. Our school children are out of control. Too much freedom for these youngsters and no disciple or responsibilities!
