Come on now....how is it you can not notice a 3 month old is not in the house for several hours???? This seems like the latest way to dispose of an unwanted child in South Florida and get away with it.

I pray that these pieces of sheeit parents will see her face everyday and think about what this poor helpless child went thru. We should be able to lock them in a car for 2 hours and let them get as close to death as possible, take them out, and do it all over again. There is no remorse for these pieces of trash.

Hey, we were really busy and had a lot of things going on at the time.

Unpacking our leased auto vehicle and all.

The wife's phone was ringing, I was downloading the latest tunes, on my new phone. And well, ya know, we just overlooked the baby.

It can happen to anybody.

Anybody that treats their kids like any other accessory in their life, hell I have left my phone in the car too many times to count...

Yeah, it could happen to anybody...

So don't be hatin'...

"Infant needed medical attention because the child had overheated"

Are we talking about a child or a Buick ?

Thoughts and prayers for the family. If it truly was an accident, the law can't punish these people worse than they all ready feel.

Okay how many times does this have to happen before it stops being an "accident". I bet if they had left their cell phones in the car they would have remembered that.

I completely understand what you're saying and agree with you to a point. But you've (I'm presuming) never lost a child. And I hope you never do.

I am truly disgusted that these morons are allowed to pro create....I also find it intolerable that new parents arent more diligent in checking to see who had the baby....and furthermore why did it take over 2 hours for these idiots to realize, neither of them had the baby....I am outraged

I'm surprised Casey Anthony didn't think of doing something like this to get rid of Caylee. I just don't understand how any parent can "forget" the kid in the car.

40 years ago there were few cars with air conditioning. We manually rolled down our windows and could leave them rolled down while shopping. Didn't have to worry as much about the thieves back then.

If a device is available to save my child's life in this heat, I would invest in it. To me it's a little more important than having the latest cellphone.
