Just one of many I guessing Ron's office/home commuting jet is out of bottled water.

He may be gone when he loses that Macy's trial, expect those stocks to fall, maybe into single digit, only way to stop total bottoming out would be show Ron the door. At some point his suppliers have to start jumping ship.

I heard rumor of over 50 stores closing nationwide. Meanwhile Ron will get wealthy on his way out.

In 2010 Penneys made record profits, hurt only in 2011 by the rising costs of cotton....

the ron came along and destroyed a once profitable company:( reports indicate the real estate value is far lower than expected, probably not enough to pay off the bond holders.

JCP at rons direction is headed to bankruptcy and liquidation:(

It is a real shame. Many of these smaller stand alone stores are the only real shopping these communities have and this man and his strategy are driving customers away in droves. The stockrooms are empty and the shelves are emptying, too.

The big money people like Ackman are as mmuch to blame as incompetent ron.

it might be too late to save penneys:(

Hopefully if Penneys fired ron publically, rehired the last managem ullman and started a we are sorry penneys is back campaign, giving customers what they want there might be a chance!

Waiting another 6 months and not even suppliers will want any part of JCP!

A store without a cash office:( I guess ron assumes no one will pay cash. heck everyone will self check out so JCP will need only stocking at nite. Ron wants the stores to run with no employees, but what he is getting is no store. They will all be empty after bankruptcy and liquidation if ron is allowed to remain in charge
