Florida Senate passes property insurance measure

Property insurance legislation touted as a "homeowners' bill of rights" took a beating the past few months from a bitterly divided Legislature but survived.

Billions have been made by the Major Insurers and as a Consumer I want them to make money but no one has looked at the huge profits made over the last 20 years.

Couple of bad years could not sink them and consumers MUST STOP buying auto insurance from the Crooks who dont cover Property in Florida. Insurers cant pick and choose the cream and leave the burden for consumers and Citizens to pick up the Tab.
Its a no brainer - you dont cover me in my house I dont want you in my house..
