man, i hope they weren't the ring leaders and the real leaders get a little upset with them for getting caught. would be nice to not have to try, house, clothe, feed and entertain them for the next 10 years.

Arrest the buyer's and users...if there's no one left to buy....guess what? Attack, drugs the way cigarette's were attacked...that should do it. Would create lots of new jobs...for lawyers and law enforcement...tax payers are still going to foot the bill's anyway.
