A 95-year-old Roseville woman, who suffers from dementia, had her bank account frozen and fell behind on rent after her son cashed thousands of dollars in checks from her account, a criminal complaint stated.

Nothing will happen to him, in previous cases they get a slap on the wrist, thats why they do it. And believe me it is happening a lot more than people think, loser kids are stealing from their parents a lot, the parents don't do anything because they depend on them in some cases for care.
