State of Ky takes sewer plant away from City

Now we know why JEFF MCFARLAND doesn't want the city minutes put on a city web site or on topix. Because then more people would see what our city government does with our TAX DOLLARS.
Question, why has the STATE said the city cant operate the waste water plant.

Your property taxes have NOTHING to do with the utility system. If you really "kenw" - you would know that the utility system has to support it's self (from the price you pay for utilities). Real hard to do when just three years ago the city was over $200,000 behind on bills and loans. If you can do the math, that was before the current commission or the mayor were in office! Check on the bills now. This is where your UTILITY money has gone. Check with Jeff or go to a commission meeting. It is your right to know, but you need to know the truth before you spout off on this website.

O really, the truth is no Mayor or Commission before had the State take away the utility/sewer plant because somebody wasn't doing what they were supposed to. Its to easy to blame the past commission or Mayer even if they were at fault to , who are we going to blame for this, this happen on Jeffs watch. If you dont like what I am saying, then what about the State, the CITY broke the LAW and kept braking the LAW, thats why the STATE took the sewer away from the city.
