That is really too bad that this happened. I was witness to quite a few Deadbeat Dads being put away by this judge. He had no tolerance for not paying child support - most probate judges have been more lenient on Deadbeats because the Deadbeat Fathers banded together and said the justice system was anti-men.

Its too bad Judge Livingstone has to go, he will be missed by Mom's needing their child support payments.
