Police searching for man usually seen with dog

The Hingham Police Department launched a search Wednesday for a man who is usually seen with a St.

I am wondering if police have checked out the possibility that this man may have been staying at Wampatuck? Many retirees, that are former Massachusetts residents stay there during the summer with the campers and trailers.
It is not unusual for campers to head up to the 228/53 area for food, supplies, a nice hot breakfast etc.
This man may have parked a car, truck or SUV near Chilis and walked the woods by the pond and maybe even got a hot breakfast to go and sat and ate there.
People would not necessarily notice him missing from the campground if he had paid fees ahead of time. And since campers come and go and many might not be aware of the situation.
Dogs are welcome at Wampatuck.

And so this man may not be homeless at all. It is very possible that he might stay at Wampatuck from opening time which is April. Does anyone know if he walked the dog in the winter months?

This would explain at least a part of the mystery that should be explored.

I am also wondering if citizens are allowed to walk in the area of the pond woods to search as the area is clearly marked no trespassing.

But, an extra set of eyes and citizens searching may turn up something.
