So Officer Waldron did NO wrong uh he never waited for backup he doesn't announce whom he is, a stray bullit goes into a home where there YOUNG children, He states he was afraid of the people in the car so why didn't he wait till his back up got there? Why did it only take 2 hours to decide that it was ok to kill a man? What is the percentage of officer's that goes in front of a grand Jury and walk? He didn't even get a slap on the wrist? How many more innocent's will be effected by an officers decsion? In fact my son was in jail there and believe it or not they lost him he ended sitting in jail for 2 weeks before his lawyer was contacted Le Seuer County needs to be investaged from the top all the way down.

2 Try to consider what information the grand jury had that you don't have. Such as, Waldron's story, eyewitness accounts from people who weren't drinking all day at the river, gunshot wounds that indicate how close the Tyler was to the deputy when he got shot, injuries to the deputy that indicate the kind of fight he was in, and blood tests to indicate what substances Tyler may have been on. I hope we get the answers and hope you can understand that maybe Tyler is dead because he attacked a person without thinking about the consequences. |

I would agree with Moore. There is much more information that has not been disclosed yet. Only one side is allowed to speak at this point which has been Tylers. You have to remember Waldron's side of the story has been "under investigation" up until now. I think it's important that we remember that. I think it's very important to remember we often get information from the media which is second hand and many times not accurate. I would argue that we need to take that into consideration as well. I trust the jury made the right decision in this case. There was more then one juror there was 12 of them that came to consensus.
