This writer highly advises the family members of this innocent person that was killed due to the ineptitude of this concrete company to seek out the VERY best attorneys Pulaski County has and then sue the holy hell out of them as well as the Highway dept. for their wholly lack of safety measures so as to prevent from things such as this. Perhaps a giant sting of loss of millions of dollars to these entities will teach them since now a family is without a son,father,brother,etc.... Damn trucks are daily seen driving as if they are Nascar hopefulls and who the hell knows what box of cereal the drivers got their licenses from?

Can't nobody really say nothing about the wreck until someone who saw the wreck comes out and confesses whos fault it really was.sSo until then i think we all just need to leave it alone and let the police do there jobs.

Oh yeah, i see those trucks drive at a good clip, through intersections on a daily basis - including ones from the same company as the one that is seen in the photo, may in fact be the same truck! I'm not waiting to see what happens in an ivestigation , i'm saying RIGHT NOW! These guys need to slow down and pay some extra attention while driving these trucks.

i drive a mixer trucks like one of these. i cant say what happen here, except i feel sorry that someone lost their life due too a wreck. as a driver i have people cutting in front of me all the time. worst spot is I 40 and I 30 interchange. people we cant stop quick, we dont have quick get up and go either. so when you come into our lane you just cut down our stoping distance. cant speak for all drivers, but please lets look out for each other and besafe. i love my wife and i want too be around a long time to enjoy her. thank you.

Well, it's a "No Brainer" that these trucks are heavy and cannot stop quickly, however i notice you mention nothing about drivers who get up to a maximum speed (most times over the limit) and barrel through intersections with a seemingly blatant obvious "get outta my way i'm a cement truck" attitude, and maybe more drivers need a refresher THEMSELVES on the dangers of a panic stop at unsafe speeds! If i had a nickel for every time i see this at a certain Cabot intersection, i would have daily pay coming! I know it's gonna happen again (bad accident) and maybe it will take a second one for these companies to think about not trying to rush the next load to the jobsite - cause that's what it REALLY is about , huh? that "Time is money" thing , i heard em' say so myself! Get out there fast cause someones waiting on ya! See what it gets?

My name is Tim and I was in class with the man. Hell naw he didn't deserve this. Teachers gave him a hard time probably because he was black. But when it happened they where looking shity by the face. I only knew him for about a year and damn he was cool. He always made it to school, even when it was snowed out and we didn't have to come he was still there. So when he didn't show up for the skills test I just knew something was drastic. And i came in the next monday morning jerry turned around and asked me did I know what happened to david and I looked at his seat and he wasn't there I just knew something was wrong. But I'm going to always remember him. peace

this a response to the gentle that attended school with my fiance' David. I just wanted to thank you very, because I know that he very committed to finishing and continuing his education to become Math Teacher. He would have been a great contribution if he had have had the chance to live.
