God bless this baby. I doubt he will live safely in the prison.

Just like he did the baby's head? Violence against Violence does not make it right......may make you feel better but still not right.

It would take care of HIM, and might serve as a deterrent for the next person. What's the problem with that...

No one returning from Iraq should be allowed to be around anyone closely for at least one year. Have a friend who told me her son was not bothered by bombs exploding in his ears but rather the screams of the babies and children which still haunt him today! She said he cries in the nigt "Stop crying, someone please stop that baby from crying" and things like "Hold on baby, I'll find you" and not to mention that the Viet Nam war isn't over for many who are on medication and dieing from diseases and agent orange and gases and torture. Did this guy not know what he was doing? Although there are many sick people out there who kill children. Years ago my son ran across a website where people were selling
"disposable" babies for sex parties when he was on Marianna City Hall's Public Access computers. He was looking for something pertaining to a game. I alerted a few people about it. These people should be shot before a firing squad. Of course there are many who sell their children in impoverished countries from desperation.
..At any rate, I read the article where his brother had been killed in Iraq a few months before and he had been injured.
..Before you judge this man, although it is most definitely an horrendous act, was he aware that he was murdering a child?
..Just a thought.

Heard something on the news this morning about this kind of thing. So here is my thoughts on it: Everyone is responsible for their actions. We want to be held accountable for our good actions. We should therefore be held accountable for our bad actions as well. There should never be an exception to this. There are hundreds of thousands of soldiers who have gone overseas and then came back and we haven't murdered any babies ourselves. It's called being responsible for your actions and knowing that you have to be held accountable for your actions and having some kind of morals. Everyone gets annoyed with a crying child but that doesn't give us the right to destroy a life. If you are not mentally stable and cannot control your own actions then you need to be strapped to a bed in an institute somewhere. Thats why those facilities exist. To help those who need it. Anyone Who says that these kind of people can't help themselves and should not be held accountable let's see if you say the same thing when they kill your child. I bet you will start singing a different tune then. Even if it is a loved one of yours that snaps and loses control of himself you will want him/her committed to an institute for mental health help or jail then.
