HORRIBLE THING! Cage drivers will just never learn, it seems. I certainly don't condone having a small child riding as a passenger on a bike, let alone two of them and there might even be a law against it, but I feel sooo badly for the family of this poor child and for the father. I hope the cage driver is prosecuted to the furthest extent of the law. That won't be enough!

Victor John Camacho
told you.
i googled it and turns out victors dad was not using good judgement. he did not have a helmet on, the kid on the back did not have a helmut on, and the boy who died had on a "novelty" helmet. i bet if i dig a little more the "cage driver" was not at fault.
you can talk about cars all you want. you morons on bikes think you are joe cool when you are all perched up. look at what it got all victor camacho acting all macho. i wonder if they were even legal in this country? they are acting like they are in tj

You have to also consider the driver's responsibility in this. There was a u-turn made that obviously caused the accident, yet in the article it says that charges are going to be filed against the driver, in which leads me to think that it was an illegal u-turn. The driver is just as responsible as the father. This doesn't surprise me for the fact that "joyriding" is all too common.

AndSLeezySneezy, their status of legality is BESIDES the fact of this story. I'm surprised your location isn't from AZ instead of CA.

Hey Jerk off you shouldn't comment on accidents as such! Victor was not acting macho, lil victor had a helmet on and his surviving brother and father were not wearing helmets and look what happened to them they survived! Daddy was enjoying the afternoon giving his boys a ride around the block. If you don't know the facts keep your BIG FAT TRAP SHUT!! I know facts! So slow your roll tootsie!! Further more you, You and your smart mouth can eat a bowl of S@#t! The helmet victor was wearing is a DOT certified Helmet! I can also tell you Mr. I am better than You attitude, that the Camacho family is very legal born here in the US and a hard working family not living off government assistance as most people in trailers do.. Enjoy that with your bowl of S@#T!

it is so funny how you people from uneducated ethnic groups make excuses. bottom line is he should not have had those kids on that bike acting all cool. enjoying the day. i hope he enjoyed the funeral. what a shame a young life is lost due to the irresponsibility of some stupid fuhking mexican. some cop needs to ask for his paperword and question his status. jeez,...you arent in TJ anymore Jose!

did a little more google research.
the driver of the car was not charged with one violation.
not one.
he was making a legal u-turn and the dad with his two little wet back kids was not paying attention. i bet they are on welfare and the state had to pay for the funeral. what a fuhking shame. in TJ they get tossed in the trash and he u people want a buriel of a war hero.
the driver did not get one ticket.
there is a reason for that.

How did the death of a sweet little boy turn into a full out attack on Mexicans? His race should not be an issue he is AMERICAN. I am as white as they come and people like you make me sick. A death of a child is not the time or place for you to bring out your bigotries. My heart goes out to the family

No lie I read all those comments and cried. My baby boy has already been gone for almost three months and it still feels like it just happened yesterday, I agree with "smith" how'd this all become an attack of mexicans? They aren't illegal. And the state didn't pay for the funeral - family did. So shut your mouth there. And "minute bitch" shut the fxck up! How can you say you hope he enjoyed the funeral, we were ALL crying our eyes out! I hope karma bites you in the ass. You have no clue how ugly it feels to lose someone that means so much - I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I swear you're the devil walking. R.I.P Victor John Camacho. I miss you so much, and love you.
