KC offers water, sewer line warranties
Plumbers such as those who work for Morgan Miller Plumbing said they know that when they go on a water line repair call in Kansas City, they're most likely dealing with pipes that are more than 80 years old.

Why does the public have to pay for a warranty? They knew how old the pipes are. But I guess those so called in charge, used the money from customers and homeowners to live in a lifestyle for millionaires....for years.
