What is redemption? He is asking to be released to a group home where he is supervised all day. Mental illness/ depression can be treated. One of the conditions of being a group home is taking your medication. The patients only have one time to refuse thier meds. They are sent back to the hospital. Why not let him earn his keep.

He's working towards redemption, but mentally ill or not, 13 years is not enough punishment for taking two lives. He can receive treatment for his condition just fine in prison.

Most mental ill people dont commit the crime he did WWJD... shot a guy over a girl in 1988 and went to prison for 8 years he gets out and again shows how is acts when not monitored. A week before the double homicide he kidnap and assaulted her... the night of the murder he called her and told her he was going to kill them, Nicole that he was just talking but he did just that, he cut the alam system and kicked down the door went into the bedroom shot her in the middle of the head and shot Robert 8 times, one of the shots was in his temple... she said God told him to do it when in fact her rejecting him was what caused him to.., its not about redemption its about public safty... he has proven how he deals with rejection and how he deals with his anger... he is where violent ppl need to be housed away from society because hje is a threat to women and men who get in his way... he only got "better" after he was no loner facing double homicide now isn't that a funny lol... if he was still facing the charges he would wanna remain in there... before u try and voice what u think needs to happen u need to learn the case and u will see why their fighting so hard from him to remain there.

A group home is for ppl who have not committed a hence crime such as killing two ppl...its from lesser crimes a person like this needs to be supervised, because when things dont go his way he shoots ppl.See this is what u dont know he is not suffering from depression, its deeper than that... he suffers from sever depression with psychotic features. WE all suffer from bouts of depression that's not the problem, with him he kills and we all dont have that tendency but he does when dealing with things he cant control.

I agree with the daughter. People will say there are sorry all-day-long if that what it take to get them out-of-jail. I've had this happen to me. The person has not be caught an probable never will. I would not want this individual on the streets. The criminial justice system have be too easy on people. These people have gone free only to commit other crimes. This has got to stop. Where is the JUSTICE!!!!

You seem to know a lot about this situation. I too, know as much as you. You must be a very close relative to know as much as you do. Where does the hatred stop. You continue this behavior, what does it say about you. Actually, it didn't go down exactly as you said. Remember, there are two sides to every story. You heard the version you wanted to hear with probably more added into it. Stop the shiggidy and move on!

Those little girls are left to think a lie. They daddy was charged with beating their mama, And we not even going to air the rest of the disrecpectfull things that was going on.
What happen was messed up but if you know the facts what should u do if the same situation happened to you.

If someone kills another person not to mention two, I wouldn't ever trust them in society and they should be detained for life or put to death. I am shocked that every murderer dosn't get off on the crazy card. You would have to be crazy to kill. Hopefully this man doesn't get out and if so, hopefully he lives in the hood where odds are he will be killed.

I agree with what I know them both said. WTH was another man doing in his house screwing around when he should have been at home. At the time, the man seemed more interested in getting a piece of tail than being at home teaching his children their ABC's. When it's all said and done, Johnson and Justice, If this man has made peace with his God, why shouldn't you? You are not in a position to judge this man or what he was feeling. How can you honestly say he's not remorseful. Your hatred is eating you alive, tearing away at your very soul. This indicates you have a problem as well. If you were to run into this man at the grocery store, would you be all up in his face shouting? Hell to the naw, you wouldn't be. The best thing for his daughters to do is get counseling. You can't raised the dead. It's over and done with, let's move on. It seems like you non-experienced people are able to predict behavior. I know that a lot of the daughters behavior stem from what they were told. Did the mother also tell them that their Dad was whoring around and beating her behind and was hardly ever at home. Did the mother tell the daughters that he took very little interest in them? Did the mother tell the daughters that she couldn't give the man what he wanted. He had to go out and find it from other women and it just happen to get him killed. If she was putting it down like should should have, maybe he would have been at home on that fateful night. Therefore, she's just as guilty of killing him cause she couldn't pop that thang! Give this a rest. Everybody has an opinion!

Your ignorance is absolutely amazing! If this man has made peace with GOD why havent they?? Are you serious?? I dont know about you but...we ALL fall short of the Glory of GOD...which means as humans...resentment, hate, hurt are NATURAL feelings when a loved one has been harmed or killed at the hands of another! You ask how can we say he is not remorseful...well how can you say that he is? Because he said so? Wow...he also told Nicole he loved her....and you see how that turned out! Its over and done with...oh yeah its over...but done with NEVER! Its easy to say what should or shouldnt happen to this man because it wasnt your two loved ones he murdered! No matter what the circumstances were surrounding this tragedy...who was where...the fact still remains that 2 people were killed over an act of JEALOUSY! I am a mother and would I have told my daughters any of the questions you just spat off? Absolutely NOT! For what? What purpose would that serve? And as far as you saying that thier Mom wasnt doing her job...WOW!I beg to differ...because if thier father was NEVER home and always womanizing...who took care of the children...things that make you say mmm... That is by far the most IDIOTIC thing I have heard said in a long while...to some how say she is partially to blame for his actions..."putting it down" is a term used mostly when referring to sex...are you suggesting that you knew what their intimate life was like? Someone should write the same Mental hospital Mr. Williams is in and ask if there is room for you! And one little piece of advice...People do not know you are an IDIOT until you open your mouth and confirm it!

I WAS VERY CLOSE TO ALVIN THIRTEEN YEARS AGO AND REMAIN BY HIS SIDE TO THIS DAY. IT'S FUNNY HOW EVERYONE HAS A STORY TO TELL. NO ONE CAN CHANGE WHAT HAPPENED. ONLY PEOPLE CAN CHANGE. FOR THOSE OF YOU STILL SUFFERING HAVE YOU SOUGHT COUNSELING TO GET THROUGH THIS SO YOU CAN MOVE ON AND PROSPER. FOR EVERYONE WHO HAS AN OPINION REGARDING THIS SITUATION PLEASE DO SOME RESEARCH.

Society doesn't want him. He deserves to be in jail. Grant his release from the mental facility and send him right to a federal prison to serve his REAL time. He committed a horrible crime. Skating on a mental incompetency excuse is an insult to the victims and their families. Not to mention to his future victims. And there will be future victims. He hasn't been punished for these two. What makes anyone think he's rehabilitated?

I have known Mr. Williams all my life. I don't agree with two people losing their lives but I will say this. There is always three sides to a story. You can believe whatever you want to. At the end of the day he has to deal with this and he has to live with this. If he is ready to enter society, and the courts think he should, thats the end of it. I know more of this story, but I will never speak ill of the dead. Only God can judge him!!!!!!!!!!

THIS MAN HAS ALREADY ENTERED SOCIETY AND HAS BEEN DOING SO FOR QUITE SOME TIME. DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND FIND OUT WHAT HIS REAL DIAGNOSIS IS. HE IS TRANSITIONING JUST FINE AND NOT ORDERED TO TAKE ANY MEDS. WE STILL HAVE LOTS OF LOVE FOR HIM.
