Tragic

Hopefully he left a note or told someone why he did this, so both families and KC Organization can have an understanding and some closure.

Very sad. He apparently wasn't thinking about his baby daughter. I know that sounds mean but he orphaned her today. My sympathy to his family, friends and Chiefs family.

Why did the newspaper show a photo of him and not the woman he killed?

He is a murderer she is a victim, show the innocent one and not the killer.

It's like the killer gets attention and the victim none.

Shame on you in Virginia Beach. Your comment is rude, sir. This is a tragedy, not a joke.
Please, everyone, display respect for those who are grieving and innocent.
My condolences to each family.

Wow!! The girlfriend is originally from Dallas. News around here is they got into a fight when she came home in the morning after going to a Trey Songz concert. Obviously it was all over jealousy and the argument got badly out of hand. I thought I also read that her Mom was there. So sad for everyone involved. The poor little baby, parents and mgr. and KCC coach, not to mention the whole team. I don't understand why a man of this magnitude could not think of anyone other than himself. Sadly his anger or something overcame him and he just snapped. No relationship disputes or differences were worth these two beautul people loosing their lives over. So very sad.

You need a note to know why he did it? He killed his girlfriend, his life was screwed, what else do you need to know.

He is a monster that killed someone out of anger. End of story. I am glad the taxpayers will not have to pay to keep him alive in prison. More murderers should kill themselves.

What about the family of his victim? No sympathy for them? Why for his family? Because he is a pro football player? Disgusting and pathetic!

Correcting my first post. It was Jovan's mother who witnessed him shooting the girlfriend not the girlfriends mother. News is now saying it was Jovan's mother visiting from NY.

I overlooked mentioning the victim's family. Of course I should have included them. This story is so shocking and said, I'd just read it for the first time and was really upset. As far as him being a pro football player that's immaterial. I'd feel just as sad for both families regardless of what he did for a living. Really don't see where that post gave you the right to call me disgusgting and pathetic.

So you open your psot by agreeing you should have expressed sympathy for the victims family then question why, with the lack of sympathy you expressed for the victims family, I found your psot disgusting and pathetic? Really? You start out acting like you get it then end acting like a clueless idiot. I can see why you easily overlooked the victims family, you aren't the sharpest knife in the drawer.

I feel bad for the murder victim and her family. I feel bad for the suicide victim and his family. I especially feel bad for the three-month-old baby girl who lost her parents. I could give a flip about you or your opinion of me. That better??

I agree!!

It's funny how people went ballistic when WWE honored Chris Benoit on RAW the night after he slaughtered his family, not knowing he was the killer at that time (yes WWE jumped the gun on that), but in this case people are all upset and feeling sorry for a murderer who killed his girlfriend and left his baby an orphan.

For someone who doesn't care about me or my opinion you sure are going all out to defend yourself. Thank God you don't care or this forum would be a dozen pages long by now.
