It's called progress!
The new location of Donut King on Armour Rd.opened last Tuesday and is very impressive, and the famous cake donuts are better than ever! Kudos John!
Diamond Joe's is moving to the former location of W.T. Grant's in the presently abandoned Antioch Center, and the tattoo shop is also moving to Antioch Center.

Shucks, I'd pay twice their price!!! After the dismal crullers I've found around metro KC (Lamar's, Daylight and the new Dunkin in OP etc), I still think JC and crew crank out the best donuts in the midwest and possible the nation! I've just knocked off a couple of blueberry iced and a peanut butter glazed and I need a siesta!

Stack's is now on Brighton where Antoinette's was. Another Stack's is opening in Clem's old location on 23rd St. in Independence.

The new roadway sure is looking fine, the area is getting quite a "facelift". Makes it much easier for me to get to Harrah's now.

Looks like the Stack's on 23rd St in Independence is for sale, did they ever open for biz?
