He's much safer in the prison system than he would be if he moved to my neighborhood where we cherish and protect our women.

He's whining about his constitutional rights....and that he's being treated so unfairly....what about the rights and fairness of the victims he violated in 1998? who's going to help them out? Maybe this poorly mistreated CONVICTED RAPIST and FELON can explain that to me!!! If it was my way.... he wouldn't have to worry about living arrangements, because he would be incarcerated AND castrated for a full NATURAL life term!!!! We as a people are getting way too soft on the criminals and harboring harsh and false judgement on the victims....when did this become the norm?????
When did this become the norm? Ever since most MN voters decided to keep electing Dem politicians who happen to love sick violent rapists and other scum. There are way many more people that feel sorry for pieces of crap like this than not, sorry to say. And they vote Dem.

Johnson was arrested in June 1998 and charged with 11 counts, including first-degree criminal sexual conduct, assault, kidnapping and burglary. According to a criminal complaint, he forced his way into a St. Cloud apartment and threatened a couple with a handgun. He tied the boyfriend up and then, at gunpoint, "sexually assaulted (the woman) repeatedly." The victim said the incident lasted several hours and that Johnson stole several items before leaving the residence.
He did this at 16? Can you blame anyone for not wanting to live anywhere near him? He's been locked up for 10 years with a mixed bag of prisoners. We are supposed to believe he's now an upstanding citizen and just wants a chance to prove it? Maybe he is, but if he is not and commits another rape, who will take the blame for that?
Who will take the blame when, not if he rapes again? The Dems and criminals will blame Whitey. And whitey will bow his head and vote for them.

No ShAt people don't want them in there neighborhood. You have alot of nerve mr. johnson, saying that you have done your part. Your part will never be done. You don't get automatic respect or trust or anything else when you get out of prison for this type of crime. Personally I don' think 10 years is nearly enough time for a sex crime. It's really your problem if you can't find a place to live and you are damn lucky to live in a country that does help it's ex-cons out. Be thankful for that.

Why is a high risk predatory offender set free? So he can hunt another victim? Do you want him living next door to you?

Do some research. Republicans pardon plenty of criminals. This isn't a dem, or rep, problem. When criminals target the rich then things will change.

Looks like to me if sex offenders were a little smarter they would figure out that employers that ask on their job application ; Have you ever been convicted of a felony ? Them business oweners have wives and daughters . I heard at one time a man in this country couldn't be charged for raping his owen wife . I heard a man on the radio say that it is estimated that 86,000 white women in S.C. are dating black men . I think its over 1.6 million nation wide . There was a Newspaper artical printed a number of years ago titled ; Blacks Fight Aids Racial Divide, it sead at that time the medical comunity estimated 1 in 50 of the black males are estimated H.I.V positive . About three years later there was another artical printed about a black man in St.Louis that infected over 100 white women with H.I.V. Hay those law people are all about making sure them people have jobs and or free housing .
