South Korean Women - Answer this, please!

I work for a well-known University in CA. Months ago our offices moved into a new building. When we arrived in the new digs a South Korean young lady welcomed me graciously and appeared really friendly.
To show my appreciation I sent her flowers and expressed my gratitude. We see each other only in passing. At first after the introduction she used to say "hi" in the hallway or lunch room. At times she would even say "good morning" when she arrived and walked past my office.
For a period of weeks she had walked fast past my office and does everything not to be warm and friendly as in the beginning. It bothers me to no end because I wonder how I may have offended her.
Because we have different bosses, staff and colleagues I don't want to make a bog deal about it; but it hurts like hell. Can someone take a crack at suggesting what her behavior means?

I'm sorry for the typographical error. I meant "big"; not bog.
