Here it is again. A restart, though the level of interest in re-hashing the same info does seem to be dying down.

WTF, It seems surprising to me with continuous tear down of sites concerning Maura. I have checked randomly many sites with even more aggression than past sites here. They are not interrupted with continuous teardowns. What do you think is the problem??

Someone who KNOWS what happened to Maura and is desperately trying to stop the truth from getting out is behind it. Discussions came too close to the truth. JMO of course. |

I have no real clue. My best guess is that someone or some group are complaining to Topix and that is why they keep shutting it down. It does beg the question what they are complaining about and why.

I don't know what the truth is. Just on the surface it seems like there was a few mistakes made based on assumptions that where not true. I know the area where her car was found, i still don't understand how someone can go missing there, unless they wanted to or where taken. Either way i think someone living in that area would have seen something. The area has several homes within site of the accident and from what i understand police where on the scene within minutes.

1 I saw this early on when there was a continual violation of the terms of service. My guess is that someone, or group, I have my guesses who, complained enough to make Topix take it down when usually they really don’t care. More to do with the accusations made against Fred than how we were homing in on a killer. Just my thoughts on it. Bill |

Am I the only one that finds it hysterical that simply because people get information out of 'Oh My' this way she thinks that it would work on everyone. Bill |

We have a word in English you may be interested in. Sense. I don't know what sence means. It usually makes sense to me, unless the spelling is really off. |

I was debating on posting a message or not. It has become a name calling discussion now and nothing to do with Maura’s missing. I followed the story for a long time and was part of the old discussion group where we went over the evidence and photos of the car. After years of discussion and viewing the evidence I came up with my own theory.
The woman that the bus driver saw was not Maura. I say this because Maura, so her friends noted, never let her hair down and the woman the bus driver saw had her hair down. Maura always wore it up. The dents in the car’s front right bumper were not consistent to having an accident on a sharp left-hand turn. In my opinion Maura lost control of her car on the sharp right-hand turn near the Swiftwater store. I think she then got out of her car to see the damage to her car. I think maybe a couple out celebrating came along, didn’t see Maura and hit her. I think the couple is a prominent figure in the area and having an accident like this would destroy them. I think they put Maura in their car and while the woman drove Maura’s car the man drove his vehicle to arrange for an accident in another location. Just up the road from where Maura’s car was found was a steep downhill incline. It would have been a good spot to stage an accident. I think that the woman driving Maura’s car lost control of the car while trying to keep up with her husband. Spun the car around in a 180 and wound up where she did. Along came the bus driver which now changed their plans. The woman doesn’t want any police involvement. Not a rational response for anyone unless they had something to hide. The bus driver goes to his house to call the police and the husband comes back, picks up his wife and get away with Maura in their car. The ground is frozen so you can’t burry a body so what do you do with her? Lakes and ponds are frozen over as well. The only few spots would be an old well or an abandon building. Something also tells me that the bus driver did know one of the vehicles that had gone by his house. I’m not suggesting a payoff but the area he moved to in Florida would take some money to live there. He was a bus driver and the house belonged to his mother. |
