It is important here in Wisconsin - where some say even our small towns are now rife with gangs like the Town Psychos and Hell's Lovers - that we know what the Juggalos are.

They will continue to be a "disruptive group" as the cheif calls them until they are taught otherwise - and since it appears their parents are absolute failures and the chief is turning a blind eye - why not get a few of the boys together and commence an old fashion butt whoopin on these little wussies?

Why are the police not stepping up and squashing this?

as to the no work thing there is plenty of work, but out younger generation has been taught that they don't have to work for what they want. You just ask or demand and it is given to you. May be a bit of discipline will help. For now how about we hand out delinquent juvenile tickets to the parents of these kids. May be if it starts to cost them, they might pretend to take care of their family's. Instead of leaving it all up to the rest of us.

It's true, the Juggalos aren't a gang, but if you try to stop them directly you might be in for a suprise; some of these "kids" have serious problems and nothing to lose, and might take Insane Clown Posse's lyrics literally (THAT is a scary thought.)

excuse me local parent but the reason the police havnt stepped up and squashed this is because they cant. its my right and privelage to paint my face and bear the hatchetman. and please dont start calling our parents useless because frankly you dont know who they are. my mom is a loving women with the same morals and values of anybody who doesnt have there head up the ass. trying to fine our parent and for what because my face is painted thats just stupid. maybe if authorities spent more energy goin after the real criminals and not making my day difficult because i look different thats the type of fascism that keeps getting pumped into these kids and just causing further unnecissery conflict in the futer. bottom line im not messin with you so dont try messin with me.....and worry about your own damn kids instead of spending time judging other peoples parenting

Lets see here the police can stop public nuisances. and you are one that is in deep need of some real parenting. Your parents obviously do not give a hoot or they would have taught you good manners. Or at least basic social interactions. I will not be intimidated by clowns with little minds like you. Give it up you would not try to pretend, that you are being put out buy the authorities. I am a Juggalo, I live in Seattle, WA. I have been a Juggalo for about 14 years, I am 29 years old, I am a supervisor at work and I probibly make more money than you. I am a father of 2 and I am a good dad that provides for my children.

My mother, was never at home, I never had consiquences to my actions, and I was a very violent teenager. When I came into contact with the Juggalo family I felt like i had a family for the first time in my life. They kept me out of trouble, and gave me people to vent my frustrations too instead of resorting to violence.

Juggalo's are everywhere. Some of us hide it, some of us are proud to display it for all to see. But like every family, there are a few bad eggs, and people like you love to focus on the few bad things instead of the many good things. Out here in washington, we have had Juggalo fund raisers for local food banks, worked together with locals to rebuild a park that was over run with garbage and "gang members" Did the media make mention of this? NOPE, no one wants to read about a group of like minded people helping out there neighbors.

Dont judge us all for a few bad eggs in your area... And dont send a few good ol boys to "teach us a lesson" because that would just rally the family together and turn into a much bigger issue.

we are not talking about true fans of any music here. These "jerks" hide behind the title you treasure, in order to intimidate pedestrians. strong arm merchants, and generally reak havoc on a downtown park. they do not contribute in any meaning full way to the area. Rather they chase customers and others out of the area. The city of Oshkosh is trying to revitralize this area and they are being held back by the fact that these younge people are distroying everthing that they try to build. Even the stores that cater to the youths in the area do not want this group in their stores..

This has got to end, all we ask is that these poeple behave with good manners. toward themselfs and our customers.

My Point is that this group was never taught manners, and the parents only thought seems to be : at least they are not harrasing me. the Parents of any child are respoonsible for the actions of hte child they raise. you can be a Jugle whatever and still be well mannered and respectful to others.

I'm a father, a husband, and most importantly, a United States Marine! I've been listening to ICP since before I joined the Corps and I'm damned proud of that fact. The only two places I've found people who WONT right me off because of my beliefs and view points are my fellow Juggalos and the Corps. Neither one has written me off. I fight for your rights to think that we're weird, or strange, or bizarre. Some of us are. And its only a small portion of us causing trouble. Most of us are good people. The ones causing all these problems don't understand what being a Juggalo means. Like a Marine that still uses drugs, they just don't get it. There are always a few that nearly ruin it for everyone.
