500 block of Fern Ridge Court, 1:30 p.m. Jan. 6 Two residential burglaries were reported. In one case, the resident returned home to find the front door broken down and a room inside ransacked.

1000 block of Chico Court, 3:53 p.m. Jan. 6 An assault was reported.

1100 block of North Mathilda Avenue, 12:01 p.m. Jan. 7 Televisions were stolen: one each from two rooms.

1200 block of North Fair Oaks Avenue, 4:47 p.m. Jan. 7 A white, silver and black Suzuki motorcycle was stolen.

900 block of Tamarack Lane, 7:12 p.m. Jan. 7 A vehicle was stolen.

400 block of South Fair Oaks Avenue, 9:49 p.m. Jan. 7 A residential burglary was reported.

1200 block of Reamwood Avenue, 11:06 a.m. Jan. 8 Large metal tables were stolen from a locked storage area by someone who cut through a fence.

600 block of Iris Avenue, 10:40 p.m. Jan. 8 Five 50 mg. Sentinol patches valued at $750 were stolen.

600 block of Gail Avenue, 11:16 a.m. Jan. 9 An unoccupied Volkswagen Jetta with a broken window was found in a parking lot with the glove box open and the ignition keys laying on the trunk lid.

1675 Hollenbeck Ave., 2:20 p.m. Jan. 9 Twelve bottles of liquor and two Johnny Walker gift sets were stolen at Longs Drug Store.

700 block of San Rafael Street, 5:44 p.m. Jan. 9 A residential burglary was reported.

800 block of Duncardine Way, 10:38 p.m. Jan. 9 A "breathless" person told police a woman had "come after her" with a knife.

975 E. El Camino Real, 8:06 a.m. Jan. 10 Cash was stolen from a car wash by someone who entered through the roof.

Ahwanee and North Mathilda Avenue, 4:11 p.m. Jan. 10 A person reported being "smacked" by a white Ford sports utility vehicle.

1000 block of Tilton Drive, 10:23 p.m. Jan. 11 A person reported finding pellet guns and four pairs of goggles in a neighbor's bushes.

1100 block of Ayala Drive, 6:57 a.m. Jan. 13 A green Honda Accord was stolen.

Are you all lonely with nothing to do? Some of you really need to find a job, friends or some sort of outside activities. It's a sad day for me when I have to sit around and wait for something new to pop up on a blotter.
