That guy 'Russ' could care less about the fact the bad guy had a gun, you can call it the blood brother syndrome; he will always side with, and be sympathetic to the black low life criminal.
Its the 'ghetto rat' mentality, he is on the same level as Leroy Barns (pictured with his Topix profile) and the criminal who is the subject of this news article.
He put leroy's picture on his profile because he was leroy's woman! No amount of sound evidence in regard to probable cause to arrest a black man will ever convince that degenerate racist. If he was robbed by another black man, he probably wouldn't complain. But if he was robbed by an hispanic or white man then he would squawk bloody murder about a slow response by the police! There is no winning with this guy. He's is brain dead.

It seems you have an issue with Russ and not with the issue at hand. I don't care if the man was in possession of a gun and was holding drugs or whatever. The issue here is "Police Profiling" of a citizen walking down the street minding his own business. what if it was you "they" stopped and questioned and made you put your hands atop the cruiser for a pat down for no apparent reason. You can't harass someone just because they look guilty of something. We as citizens have to draw the line somewhere against law enforcement taking excessive liberties against us all.

Its the same old lame story you people come up with, he was stopped because he was black and the cops are racist. Total baloney.

Your line of logic is flawed, first of all many people on the street are not citizens.

Secondly, you don't seem to understand basic constitutional law, that it takes very little reason for the police to 'stop and frisk' someone, far short of probable cause to arrest. All is required is some activity, or a reason, that might warrant further investigation. Quite often, a logical explanation is given by the person stopped and he and the police are on their way in a matter of minutes.

You seem to think that the cops have nothing better to do than 'harass people', just not true. This harass excuse, is old and worn out. Also, its typical ghetto talk,'you bees harassing me'.
