It all comes down to salary and the ability to secure financing. It's sad that my husband and I jointly make 200K+ but can't afford a modest 3/2.

you are so right! not only were many ultra greedy (bob brutyn) and not giving any thought to those less fortunate, they also did NOT care about the hard working people they had running their businesses (bob brutyn) and now that things are really bad, homes are going into foreclosure and short sale right (bob brutyn)? its what happens when you buy something you cant afford!!!!!!!!
