This is a bunch of crap. What a waste of tax payer's money! I can't believe they would sue because the police walked through the garage. Who do the Hordych's think they are? I hope they never need a police office to walk through that same garage to save a life!

...Yes, and Mr. Hordych is now on Borough Council...How can one serve on a Council for a town they are suing?

Perhaps Mr Hordych knows one of the officers is unfit to be one and and is a danger to the community because he already shot one person and had a life long reputation of a bully and not following law and rules

You might have done the same if someone was running at you with a knife. Police officers have to make decisions that are hard sometimes. If he is so terrible then why is he still there? I think Mr Hordych is a bully who thinks his S%$T doesn't stink and Mr Hordych didnt follow the rule's/law that night. He is a joke! People read that in the paper and LOL.
