It was only a matter of time before something like this happened. The practice should be banned. The corner of Ashley Blvd. and Tarkiln Hill Road in New Bedford is a particularly bad intersection in the morning, with school buses, teenage drivers headed to school and people trying to get to work. It is irresponsible for a candidate to ask people to stand on the corner with signs and wave at cars. My sympathy to the women's family.
