There are a lot of great ItalianChef's ut there but it's great to see a Chef that good atkeeping it sim[ple and knows the real deal with cooking Italian food..! Vito's Fra Diavolo is also my favorite sauce.. Yum.! Grazie Chef Vito..Ciao,Susan.G

I use Chef Vito's Fra diavolo sauce as a salsa for chips and over backed fish.. I also add some freshly chopped onions and scallions as a garnish. Sooo good great flavor not to mention it beats the other brands hands down..!! I tried them all they all taste the same.!! Chris..
