NO. This is unfair, why should it be based on property values and not water usage. Not to mention how unfair it is to private well owners who too, are expected to pay for this, and likely be unable to use it.
As for Lindenhurst private well owners already pay a premium on their sewer bill. What is that for? Do private well people crap more?

(sarcasm) Cant we just get another empty park and bike trail?
