Absolutely. Waukegan's chief is a philandering sneak, a man who obviously doesn't find it hard to cheat on his own wife with the wife of another. Sain's outrage at this severe lack of respect was justified. I say that Sain otherwise is a fine cop and should return to his job. Yancey, on the other had, is unworthy of his place as chief of police. The proud city of Waukegan deserves better.

Heck No. Sain had no business breaking into his estranged wife's home and attacking Yancey. Sain is the offender here and should never be allowed to serve as a cop again. Waukegan, a proud city? Proud of what?

What did Yancey do wrong here? Sain and his wife were separated and she was in the process of getting a divorce. Sain was not living in the residence and in fact the locks were changed to keep the nut case out. Sain broke into the house. He is lucky he was not shot. Sain had no business driving by the home, Sain had no business breaking into the home, Sain had no business attacking Yancey. Sain, and Sain alone is the offender here.

well just my opinion, until the divorce was final i really think its a matter of morals. i mean a chief of police seeing a police officers SOON to be ex, not yet divorced. i look at it like this, i wouldnt date of have anything to do with another co workers soon to be ex, its just tacky. even though they worked at different departments.
