motel name on the boardwalk

can anyone tell me the name of the motel that sits vacant on the boardwalk above some stores and close to where they have the marble tournaments. for the past many years it looked like someone was remodeling it with the stickers on the new windows etc but never saw it open in forever. had a for sale banner hanging from the balcony. why did it every close up?

i don't know that the building ever had a name. i think it was condos not a hotel. been vacant for along time now. just rotting away3.

That place was closed because all the sewer lines cracked one winter ,So raw sewage leaked into the stores below MMMMM want that Subway now??

wow that sucks!!! thats for the info i just got back from there. place looks worse yet!!!
