You killed our friend and you get away with six months in prison? Where the hell is the justice in the justice system?!

this sentence is terrible thats why there is so many accidents and fatals because they dont get a stiffer punishments. I think its awful that a life is taken and the other gets to get on with his life as thou nothing ever happened. This justice system stinks

At the plea in court, Belding pled guilty on all counts from both accidents. He recieved 2 1/2 years, 7 1/2 years probation and 15 years without a license. There was no retitution in his other case because the guy he hit on the bike wasn't seeking it. Thank you (almost)everybody for your comments and support.
