If I won i'd like to set up some sort of trust fund that city residents could apply for needed repairs to their homes that they can't afford.

I love living in Lowell because it is a wild west show. I love hearing sirens in the distance and then thinking, "I wonder what the f-ck is going on tonight?"

I live in Pawtucketville close to the Lowell / Tynsgborough line, so I feel like I am at a comfortable distance from all the sh-t going down in the city.

To be perfectly honest with you, I love the urban setting of Lowell. I love the diversity. I met my wife here (she is South American). Lowell is filled with so many people with such great backgrounds.

Same here, it's never dull. Live downtown and have my police scanner going constantly, there's always people out and about - tons to see, tons to do.
