Well I have been reading with much anticipation of the alledged corruption happening in North Bergen, I have also come to the conclusion that one of the contributors must be a North Bergen Police Officer. His claims of Bribe taking to Police officers from the Town Towing agency, the traffic department officer who does nothing but run errands and make $$ pick ups. Claims of Police officers who are dealing drugs at a local house of blues, North Bergen Police officers who tipped off local drug dealers and the tavern owner of a hudson County prosecutors office investigation, The son of the town towing agency who is a Police officer and has Quote: "towed more cars in 2 years than most cops have towed in 25 years" Cops are told to be drinking on the job and in some cases working drunk. Police moral is told to be at an all time low. The Police Chief and Capt Dowd are said to have released an arrested NBHS vice president because he is the son of the Mayors girl friend, who just so happens to have a NB Town job as does her 3 sons. There has been mention of organized crime and money laundering involving the lone North Bergen towing agency, along with a host of unanswered overcharging, double billing and theft complaints. This same towing agency holds substantial realestate in North Bergen, there is claims of involement between Dennis Jaslow and Simon dwight the person responsible for bribing Town Mayors in several Hudson County Towns. What about the claims of the Police chief being home sleeping while he is supposed to be on a detail, and other cops punching him in and out nightly, these claims can add up to over 8 to $10,000 a month. The North Bergen Police department, Mayors office, the Town attorney and the detective Bureau have all covered up activity and refused to investigate. The Hudson County prosecutors office and the insurance fraud division of Hudson County who are one in the same also seem to have refused to investigate these claims, or at the very least have not made any claims of such an investigation. North Bergen Police officers have confirmed such claims and also have welcomed an investigation, past employees of the Town towing agency also have confirmed most of what has been claimed. Where is IAD? if the town leaders ie: Mayor, Police Chief, Town attorney are not suspect and not involved? why haven't they responded to these claims that have been posted in several news media sites?

I have to positively agree I have read the posts and comments then all you have to do is look back over the years. Building inspectors arrested the Town administrator Auriemma was arrested and indicted In 2004 a contractor that was bribing North Bergen officials wore a wire that lead to the arrest of three officials, what about what went on with the prior administration and I'm sure there is more. The NBHS Vice principal being released from jail after being arrested, The Mayor narrowly escaped being implicated in the FBI investigation that lead to several arrests years ago. I have read the claims of the bribes between the North Bergen traffic Sgt. and the Main towing these claims were also cooberated by what we think to be a North Bergen Police officer. Mention was also made to a money laundering operation with this towing company, I have heard this other reliable sources also. What about the claims of cops being drunk and cops dealing drugs at the house of blues and cops tipping off drug dealers and corrupting an on going investigation by the Hudson County Prosecutors office, Why would the Prosecutors office not charge these dirty cops? they knew who they were? all the barmaids, bartenders and clients were questioned there, they knew who tipped off the drug dealers. How was it Jaslow got to make a deal from bribes involving Salomon Dwight and all the Mayors arrested? In exchange for giving up certain persons, he was allowed to not talk about and keep quit about certain North Bergen people involved in the real estate scandal that put several North Bergen Mayors in jail. I'll keep reading and following this. I'm sure the best has yet to come

Cops have come forward, cops have named names, certain Traffic Sgt. and Lt. other officers were named. Names were given of the people and agencies paying these large amounts of bribe money. Names of cops who are family members of these people and agencies paying off the bribe money have been named. The NBHS V President who was freed and all charges were dropped by members of the North Bergen Police Dept. and also Town Officials involvement were named. Cops have been named drinking on the job, being drunk on the job, dealing drugs in notorious drug dens/bars, Cops tipping off bar owners and drug dealers of prosecutors office investigations, Not to much else can be said, other than what has been done about this? When will all the residents of North Bergen Grow a set B___ls and stand up take back your Town. When will the AG's Office, Governors Office and FBI step in say enough is enough! When will the corruption end!

russo is not the only one in cliffside pk thats corrupt its all the police departament. some cops there pay to get in the department,cause they are dum as shit!!!!!!!!!!
